Experience Trenkwald Chalet for yourself
Trenkwald Chalet is rented as a single unit and can be booked year round. During season the minimum booking is 5 nights. Shorter stays can be booked from 3 months before the date of arrival. During the off-season, no restrictions apply for reserving short stays.
Prices include VAT and all fees and usages, including: tourist tax, SommerCard (during summer – covering e.g. free use of the mountain lifts and many attractions), final cleaning, high-speed wifi, sauna and fitness equipment, firewood, … . No further costs are incurred or billed.
Price list
A 10% discount applies for bookings of one week or more, and a 20% discount for stays of 12 nights or more. A surcharge of 20% is applied to short-term stays of 3 nights and 33% for stays of 2 nights.
A deposit of 20% is due upon booking, the balance two weeks before arrival. A deposit of €1200 is required, which will be refunded no later than one week after departure.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 6 months before the arrival date. From 6 months to 3 months before the arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee applies. Beyond this, the general conditions of the Austrian Association of Accommodation Providers apply, i.e. 40% cancellation fees from 3-1 months before the day of arrival, 70% cancellation fees from 1 month to the 1st week before arrival, 90% cancellation fee for a week or less, and for no-shows.
Arrival and departure times: The chalet can be occupied from 4.30 p.m., check-out on the day of departure is at 9.30 a.m. Early arrival or late departure may be possible by arrangement.
Smoking is permitted in the outside facilities of the Trenkwald Chalet. We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed indoors.
Dogs are welcome on request, at a one-off fee of EUR 50/dog.
